i thought it comes out on after 75k miles...

Look in your manual, it's easy to reset, I did it for a friend's Accord... Don't worry, it's normal...

OK the deal is that Honda says the service interval for an Accord is 7,500 miles (oil/.filter/ etc) so it warns you before that by flashing for a while then it will turn on and stay on. To Reset it, with the car off, Push and hold the trip odometer reset button. As you hold it turn the car to ON. Wait for the light to start to flash and then go off, once it's off your reset for another 6K.
