Can I Repair This w/Touch-Up Paint?
A stupid lady hit me a while back but at very low speeds...I'm guessing <=5mph. It was dark so all I could do was feel the bumper up with my hands to make sure there were no dents. I get home to find out that the paint has wrinkled. After a couple carwashes, the paint decides to peel off.
I know that touch-up paint is good for rock chips on the hood but can I use it for the rear-bumper as well?

I say go for it, if a little blemish won't bother you. My front lip is owned by touchup paint. Looks pretty bad up close because of how many scrapes I have. However, as you can see. Hard to tell in pictures that it is scraped at all

Dealership. My dealership only will sell me touchup paint in sets of 3 bottles since thats how it is shipped to them. Its $12 for a 3 pack of factory touchup paint.

Use something called "kit scratch out" (first) if that white is paint transfer.
If that does not work, use like a clearcoat safe paint thinner, and buff it out
with a very fine abrasive.

to me. ) Anyway, i crashed into a wall at about 2 mph...concrete wall, thought the clutch was the break
to me again. Anyway, i scratch the front of the bumper, the part that sticks out... I got my bottle of touch up out, and went to town..hours later, it looked much better

Try going to http://www.langka.com It is some type of paint chip repair system. It work with your factory touch paint and what it does is it removes the blob that is usually left over after putting touchpaint and only leave the paint that is inside the scratch. Just ordered it today. Seems like it works. Hopefully it works.
