Default difference in ride quality between H&R and Neuspeed sports

I am trying to decide between H&R and neuspeed sports. I kno the H&R's have higher spring rates so does this mean that the neuspeed's will have a better ride quality? Ive been hearing to go with the neuspeeds if im going to stay on stock shocks for awhile. Also, everyone says they like higher spring rates... what is the advantage of higher spring rates? thanks

well i don't know about the spring rate but I will tell you about my experience wiht the neuspeed sports(green)
I have them on my 93 accord 4 door with stock shocks. they ride nice! if you want somthing with a stock feel but lowerd a tad'bit you can't go wrong with the neuspeed sports.

I have heard alot about the H&R as well as the ebiach pro kit. from what i have read on this bosrd and other boards all of them are very nice for a street appication.
