**What U fellow R ownerz Think Bout my setup and some Q's????
Im picking up my car tomorrow. My friend is doing minor mod's to it. It's a 00' Type R, I have a AEM intake,AEM FPR,Ported n' Polish head,Skunk 2 stage II cams, sporkets,AEM cam gears, valve springs and retainers, stock header n' exhaust. I know I need a p28ecu w/ skunk 2 prog.., but that can wait. I need a exhaust and I see that Mike from IPS is sellin them SPOON N1's for 335 shipped! If I bought a DC ceramic 2 piece 4-2-1 header (cheap**) and Spoon N1 axleback exhaust and stock B-pipe will I have good enough flow? Anything thing else you guys recommend?

Uhh...if you are going to go cheap, at least get the JDM 4-1 especially if you have a n/a setup.
And you will want something better than the stock b-pipe for the stage 2's.

what about the DC JDM 4-2-1 header. runs for around $350. It has bigger flanges and I gheard its almost the same as JDM itr header.
Well everything looks good except for that DC 4-2-1 header. It maybe cheap but it will not flow very well. With all those other mods you have it is best that you spend alittle more for a better header.

it sounds like you're not the one fixing up your car.... your friend is
keep your money in your pocket and do some research before haphazardly buying parts.

Why do you give the AEM a
? I was going to get one because it's the only FPR that is an OEM replacement and doesn't require cutting any lines.

the JDM DC header has slightly larger primaries than the JDM OEM header. To make it fit you will need a CAT with a 2.5 collector flange on it. (170$ from SMSP).
No offense but why did you just throw alot of parts into the car without reseaching how they would all work together? Seems like poor planning to me.

Who is doing your port and polish work. I can only name a couple places i would take a head too. And it doesn't carry a "MINOR" price tag. I would be weary of what your friend is doing. If you don't know what you are doing it is very easy to loose HP. Especially on the intake side.

Using a FPR as your only tuning tool =
A Hondata would provide much greater control over fuel delivery, timing, etc... Allowing you to realize the most gains from your bolt ons.
