Default Installing Millenia wheels

I've finally found my set of Millenia wheels to use for the track. I was putting them on today and noticed the lugnuts (I'm using the stock open-ended Millenia lugs) sometimes didn't seat perfect and it would take a couple tightenings to get them all to seat evenly on the wheel. I'm guessing this is because the wheels aren't hubcentric and all so I'm wondering what you all do to make sure everything is on perfectly.

The only thing that concerned me was that one of the studs seemed to pop out a thread or two more than the others on that wheel when they were all torqued to 80 ft-lbs. I'm not quite sure what to think of it, maybe I'm just overthinking this and this is a stupid question but I'd just really like everything to be the way it's supposed to be. Any Millenia wheel experiences would be appreciated.

I used to hand tighten them, then put them on the ground, let the car roll for a couple feet then torque.
