Default TEIN SS Coilovers..please help!!!

Ok so I need to adjust all 4 corners of the lude...especiall the rear cuz im tucked..lol(stupid sub) and my right front is ~2finger gap and my left front is like ~1finger gap...lol

i did not install the coilovers myself...i read over the instructions a couple of times but i still dont understand how to do it...

Obviously the spring seat is locked...how do you unlock it

After thats unlocked how do you go about adjusting the damn thing?
Finally im guessin you lock it the same way you loosened it except do it the opposite way??

Ive never worked on coilovers and I dont even know how my TEINS look like up close...and i sure as hell aint payin $40 bucks for them to get adjusted!

So if y'all would be nice enough to give me some much needed help, id appreciate it..or maybe even a write up or web-site??
Thanks

And yes Im retarded for not knowing this!
