The car is getting fuel, new distributor, rotor, plugs, all that good stuff......still wont fire.....any ideas

 

Battery, Battery Cables, Spark Plug Wires, ignition?

 

everything is good, that is why I am so stumped, it is all new

 

if the cars cranking but not starting then u proli need an ignigtor. I had this problem with my 91 integra. if it doesn't crank check ur starter.

 

main relay?

 

Had the same problem on my old 90 std hb. Check voltage and resistance against the Honda specs on the ignition coil and ignitor unit inside the distributor cover with a multimeter. I ended up replacing both of em b/c the values were out of spec then she fired right up...Good luck

 

Yep ignitor. Also you might want to take off your dist. cap and look inside sometimes the rotor comes loose, and fires sporaticly(sp). Not on time just fires and isn't enough to run the car. I've had this happen before has many others before me. Check that first if it is good, bad ignitor.

 

check your grounds also
