I believe that you'll have to cut 4.5" off the b-pipe, for the catback to fit your car.

What the ****?
I thought the exhaust was the same length, just the headers were a bit different..
Do I haveeeeeeeeeee to, or can I put it on as is? Or will it just not fit?

Don't mislead. 00-01 GSR's are interchangable with above. Not 99 GSR's

wow, you are a picky bastard. Maybe you should have figured this out before you gave him the money. And be patient waiting for responses - whining about it wont get much help. Best bet is to take it to an exhaust shop for the install, they can make the necessary modifications.
I have my mechanic doing it..
All I need to know is that I got 500 bucks off because the guy didnt like the look of it.. so I had to take up on the deal..
Is it possible it will fit with out any necessary modifications to the flange?
Or will it be like 2 feet short if I dont add .. or too long if I dont cut

Have to add, not cut.

English and grammar please.
If he knows how to work on exhausts he will have the proper tools for cutting and welding and such. Take it to a professional.

When he tries to put it on the fact that it needs to be cut will be clear. D'uh.
He has the tools, I dont think he knows that it neeeds to be cut, because I thought the sizes of the exhaust on GSR and LS are the same, sorry.
Its an easy fix though? Im not out of the price I payed for it right?
Gawd.

no promises tho.
