depends on the year of the 2 models, if it doesn't just get a piece added to it, or cut, whateveris needed...

94-01 RS/LS/SE/GS
00-01 GSR
97-01 Type R

those full catback systems are all interchangable, direct bolton

You will need to modify it to fit.

I believe that you'll have to cut 4.5" off the b-pipe, for the catback to fit your car.

Don't mislead. 00-01 GSR's are interchangable with above. Not 99 GSR's

I misread, you have the LS, but bought a GSR exhaust?

wow, you are a picky bastard. Maybe you should have figured this out before you gave him the money. And be patient waiting for responses - whining about it wont get much help. Best bet is to take it to an exhaust shop for the install, they can make the necessary modifications.

I have my mechanic doing it..

All I need to know is that I got 500 bucks off because the guy didnt like the look of it.. so I had to take up on the deal..

Is it possible it will fit with out any necessary modifications to the flange?

Or will it be like 2 feet short if I dont add .. or too long if I dont cut

Your right. I misread. I thought he had the GSR. Yeah, you have to cut. I just went through this installing my exhaust this past weekend. They sent me an exhaust for a 94-99 GSR. I had to cut about 3-4 inches off.

English and grammar please.

If he knows how to work on exhausts he will have the proper tools for cutting and welding and such. Take it to a professional.

When he tries to put it on the fact that it needs to be cut will be clear. D'uh.

For a competent exhaust shop tech this is an easy fix. It should take him less than an hour to lay up the exhuast and cut and re-weld the flange.

Gawd.
