I have the chance to get some HX rims from a friend for $100. Right now I'm rollin on stock 90 Si rims with azenis tires with one of the rims bent to **** and vibrating like crazy at higher speeds. I thought I should snag em up from my friend since its a decent deal and HX's are fairly light. I weighed one at 12lbs when my stock 14" Si rims weigh 17lbs. I was thinkin of possibly powder coating them maybe gunmetal or something...Oh yeah, my rex is white....if that helps give a better picture of what it would look like.....

What do you guys think???

Yeah I was gonna do the samething, I have some hx wheels and I'm going to powdercoat them black, I perosnally think it will look pretty good.

I've seen them on a rex before and they look great. These were the stock color also.

 

 

I think they would look awesome powdercoated black.
