Default Timing belt/water pump

I believe my water pump is shot. I am leaking coolant out of what appears to be the bleed holes next to the water pump. Does this mean that I need to replace my water pump? If so seeing as how I need to take the timing belt off and I need to replace it somewhat soon anyway I was going to do that while I have it apart anyway. What else should I replace while I have it apart? I did a search and found some people saying that you don't need to replace anything some people saying replace the tentioner and the belts. What are the smartest things to replace? Also is there anything else that could be causing this leak? I checked the hoses and it doesn't seem to be coming from any of those. I also looked in with the timing belt and I didn't see any coolant in there thankfully. I really don't know too much about where the coolant lines are around there. But it is leaking off the back driver’s side of the engine/oil pan. I don't have any coolant in the oil as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Replace the following:
Valve cover gasket and gromets(4)
Timing belt (since you were doing it anyway)
Water pump and gasket
I've never replaced the tensioner (160,000 mi)
