1/4 mile times on b18a1?
My 88 4-dr Lx ran 9.58 in an 1/8th with a B16 trans, full power interior, Si steering rack on 14z with crap tires. I had all bolt ons and cam gears. stock internals. B16z with the same in a CRX Si ran 9.61 in my friends car. I'm buying another 4-door.
It's hard to say. It depends on alot of factors: exact motor (1990-1991 or 1992-1993), engine management (1990-1991 ECU or 1992-1993 motor vs 1992-1993 ECU on 1992-1993 motor), bolt-ons (B-series motors DON'T like the stock intake or exhaust), suspension setup, tires/wheels, and driver launching ability. Most B18A1 swaps run low to mid 15's in the quarter mile.
I did 15.38 @ 90mph, why my 88 4door, stock civic exhaust, 14" tires.
By the way, auto to manual swap, so a lot of improvement in performance.
