how do u tell the diffrence between an h23 ecu and an accord ecu? the reason i'm asking this is beacuse someone i know car is redline is only going to 7000. his 3rd gear goes to 87 and 4th gear goes to 108. the these speed are at redline. he tookhis car to a shop to get worked on and i think the might of switched his ecu while working on his car. its an h23 in an 90 accord. the car feels not as fast as it use too. thanks
