What octane lvl?
It'll run like ****. The level of your compression is what decides what octane. If you run lower octane then the fuel will ignite earlier which will set off your timing. Which could cause damage down the road. Just put out the extra 50 cents to a dollar and get premium. Or you could get Regular and spend money on octane booster.

Higher octane than is required will not make your car run better. Just get what is required and that's enough. Obviously if it says Premium then get Premium. I'm sure Honda took it into consideration that not every states Premium is the same.
