Quick Dumb Question

I've seen a lot of Tegs lately with blue tinted high beam lenses (when they're not turned on) . How do they do this? Not saying I'm going to, but it's pissing me off that I can't figure it out. Thanks.

I think it is just blue bulbs in the housing and you see all blue due to the reflections.
