does anyone have a g2 with a dc sports cat-back? if so, how do you like it? i heard that it yields the most gains in both torque and hp. thanks in advance for any replies. -ee

 

I have a DC on my G3. I realize they are different than the G2's, but I just wanted to vouch for the integrity of the exhaust -- it is wonderful.

I know that they are much quieter i just don't want to sacrifice much horsepower and torque for a lower sound. now i have a custom 2.5" mandrel bent set-up with an HKS muffler at the end. the exhaust exits on the pass. side of the car to eliminate two 90 deg. bends. it is loud as hell, and pulls all the way to redline! then i got a warning from the local cops that i need to tune it down. i am may soon be sponsored by DC so i figure they will probably want me to use their exhaust and everything. thanks again.

 

I <3 my dc exhaust. Quality is good, sound is wonderful. Quiet yet deep.

 

If you've ever watched Speed Vision and heard the exhaust on the race cars that are always on, that is how my exhaust sounds right now. It's cool while at the same time is annoying. It has a nice real deep note that scares the sh*t out of all the ricers every time they hear it coming. It's a real racing exhaust since it is a pure straight through set-up, test pipe and all. It gets really obnoxious real fast though.

Sweet! What trim do you have? LS? GS? GS-R? I have a GS, not that it will make a difference, just curious.

 

92 LS has a pretty nasty motor ... but its the Grayish blue color ... got brand new DC sports exhaust and header waiting in the garage |:
