Default Need help with Ground Controls.

Hey everybody. I'm going to be ordering me some Ground Controls. I have right now Comptech Springs with KYB AGX's. I'm going to keep my shocks to put with the coilovers. What I need to know is, I'm always reading about spring rates. I just want a basic one. I don't auto x, I just drag race. So can any one help me figure out what would be best for me, and where is a good place to order them from? Thanks.

If you search there is a ton of stuff on ground controls, they seem to be a favorite around here. You will want to find out how much of a spring rate your shocks can handle. If you drag race you would probably want something fairly stiff. But you don't want to go over what your shocks can handle. I think 450 is an upper safe limit for Konis, but I have heard of people running 500. If you are looking for an average spring rate, I think it is 350 for the front, and 250 for the rear. If you search you will find a great deal more information.
