in "production" ie available...the powercore header available through Landspeed racing. other custom headers are available that make more power but cost more too.

Get the power core 4-2-1 header from land speed racing. It gave 7.2 Hp on a dyno in a article done by super street magazine. The fir is perferct, and the quality is unmatched. I hate to say it, but its perferct. I almost felt bad bolting it to my motor,,,,,,I wanted to hang it on the wall.

I would have to say that Gude is the best. Gude does some crazy **** for single cams. And the Gude Bullfrog cam they have is pretty good too.

Get the Bisimoto header, it is the best one on the market right now but is a little pricey at $500.

I cheaped out and bought the ractive 4-2-1 header. Amazingly i dropped from a 17.1 to a 16.7 with it(at 1700 feet). I've had it on my D15 since last august and it's still shiny too

sorry to hijack the thread a little bit, but has anyone noticed a change in exhaust sound when the out on their header??

I have heard good things about DC, but bisimoto's headers are pieces of art. But u can't keep a/c.

No problem there. Only issue is that the current bisi headers do not allow you to keep your AC. It gets hot-n-humid here in NC!

I was told that the KAMAKASI header was the best for the 'D' series engines.
