I have a 1999 civic hatch...what im looking for is a CD-ROM based repair manual (much like Chiltons) so that i can use my computer i have just installed in my garage and have that accessible through it instead of having the book version of it (which i have but its in rough shape)...

Ive looked online and just couldnt find what i was looking for, so i was hoping someone here could show me the light!

There's some auctions on eBay for CDs with repair information. I'm not sure how good they are, though.

 

you dont need a cd-rom maunal..you have Honda-Tech!!!

 

^^^ This is true ...but unfortunately i dont have access to a phone line in my garage, thats why i need something that is in CD-ROM format so that if i need to look at something or look up something...its right there, otherwise i would just search on here or online and do it that way...

Checked Ebay...nothing for 96+, all i could find on CD-ROM is a paper manual for 8?-95 that comes with a cd with some diagrams on it...thats not really what i need, but if they had one for 96+ it may be something to look at, i just dont know where to find it...

Anyone else?

 

Helm Inc. apparently has repair information on CDs. They don't seem to list anything for a 96+ Civic or del Sol, but you could try calling them to make sure.
