instead of getting the skunk2 cat-back exhaust i was thinking about maybe taking it to a professional shop and having them fabricate the exhaust piping instead. and then i was planning on having them weld an apex-i n1 muffler on. any good?

 

make sure to get mandrel-bent, though. doesn't really matter on real mild set-ups, but i like it for peace of mind.

 

yea i had custom piping with an n1 muffler...it was nice...i got new piping that wasnt custom and i can tell a light difference...not really worth the extra mone for real piping imo but i like the bling factor

 

Y pay the extra money on mandrel bent for no additional performance is beyond me.

for $100, I like my custom pipping

 

roger that...im on the same setup- custom piping. 500 is not worth an exhaust if you ask me....i think they all perform the same.

what would be a good suggested diameter of the piping? i was thinking maybe 2 1/4"?
