pics? anything wrong?

 

Has a small spot of rust on teh passenger rear quarter panel. The hood is faded. Two tires are very worn. Has a new radiator. Brakes are ~2 years old with less than 10k on them. Have some spare parts too.

Am I asking way too much?? I see h22 swaps with unknown mileage or history selling for 2500 to 3000. I figure with engine mods alone, you're getting the car for free.
