front bumper owned...


my brothers car got owned in a hit and run...anyway im going to be replacing the bumper for him soon, although the problem is that his hood seems to be stuck...wont unlatch. When i get the bumper off am i going to be able to get the hood unlatched? Or you guys thing I'll run into some more problems?

Yeah a friend of mine is selling his old stock one for 100 bucks...just gotta get it painted, he's only gonna have the car till prob end of year so I guess the hood is gonna have to stay beat up like that :/ Maybe i'll pound it down
i dont think its possible to get the front bumper off without opening the hood. sucks about your bros car too.
looks like the frame of the car got pushed back & in. it's gonna have to be pulled out.
as for the hood not realeasing, i'm guessing the latch is stuck in the release hook. probably gonna have to cut the latch off with a torch or saw. can you even raise the front of the hood at all?
there's no easy way to take off the front bumper with the hood being closed. definately just torch that latch off it.
gotta replace hood, bumper, headlight if the brackets are broken, latch assembly.
damn hit & runners. seriously i would have chased them down & called the police on my cell.

i took a hit like that on the other side of the car, but man those headlights can be expensive.
