Heres a real noodle scratcher: will a D16y8 intake manifold fit on my d16a6??
If so what is needed to get it on and what power gains would i see, i have i/h/e, cat. ecu chip. THANX

 

yes the Y8 intake bolts on. May have to do some re routing for the coolant lines, I had to on my Z6. If you get a Intake get one for a Y8 seeing there about 1.5-2 inches shorter then A6 or Z6's meaning from the end of the trottle body to the other end of the intake mainfold

is the y6 intake manifold the same as the y8 (dimensions and performance?)

 

i take it you ment to say a6 and yes the y8 manafold is alot better and has alot more flow use search and quit wasting your own time there are 20 posts a week on this subject
