Default Is there a certain way that you have to apply fog-x?

I used rain-x and fog-x. I applied both the same way on my windows. Rain-x works great on my exterior, but my interior still fog up even though I had applied the fog-x. I read people said fog-x works, so I was wondering if there is a correct way to apply Fog-x?

I used fog-x back then. It worked for a few days. I just keep my fans blowing at all time so i don't waste my time applying fog-x everyweek.
