Not sure where you're located, but Olympic of San Marcos (just north of SD) I hear is pretty fast.

Olympic in Santa Ana, off of main and Slater, heard, and had, nothing but good experiences. They are very busy and have no choice but to turn around quickly...

I just got some rims powder coated myself from Gemtech in Hunnington Beach. They do great work and other racing team have their powder coating from them too. Anyway, the price range is $210-230, the turnover time is 48-72 hours, and they will tape off anything that you don't want to be powder coated. If you want to check out the work they did on my rims hit me back with a IM.
