Having trouble selling my Type R.
Its a 2000 stock and it has 73k miles on it and im trying to sell it for $18,000 on autotrader.com. I've gotten tons of calls but people bullshit a lot. Do you think the price is fair or should I lower it? Any input please, thanks.
If you lived in UT I would take it off your hands..
Did you get blue book on your car yet??
People will BS w/you, because the majority are just dreaming about having an ARR.
Get used to that, when you have a rare quality car, people will try to lowball you no matter what.. You would rather pay less money too right??
If you know your car is worth 18k...you will have to be patient.

IMO, that's too much considering the miles. There are 2000/2001 ITRs selling for 18-19k with <40k on them.
G'luck with the sale.

Too many miles for $18,000. I paid 14,000 with 37,000 miles. Granted i bought knowing the tranny needed alot of attention. Still take off like 2 g's, just my 2cents
I'm not currently selling my R. But $21K would definetly find it a new home. And my car is flawless with 14K original miles. Sorry dude but with that mileage your car is worth about $15K. Considering that an 80K mile R will need a clutch/timing belt/tires without a doubt.
Yea, I'll probably put it up for $16,000 cause I need the money right now. The reason it has so many miles on it was because I was commuting to school in it and I put tons of highway miles on it and the car just isnt practical for that anymore so I'm getting rid of it.
