Default handling problems, balljoints?

recently my car's handling has been very sloppy when taking left hand turns (passenger side suspension problem). i have a 94 civic ex coupe with 140k miles. i was thinking that the ball joints, wheels bearings, and tie rod ends need to be replaced anyways. would these contribute to the feeling that i am getting. my tire pressures are fine, and i am running eibach pro-kits and neuspeed koni yellow shocks.

does anyone have a good how-to fro doing the lower ball joints, upper ball joints, wheel bearings, and the tie rod ends. i did a search and found a good one for the wheel bearings, but got a lots of mixed repsonses on the ball joints. is the upper one only replaceable by getting new upper LCA's? i have a helms manual bu they use all the "honda special tools" in their instructions so that does me no good. thanks for any help you guys can give me.
