not really...... thanks anyways, the main think i am looking for is
A: is it true that some cutting and welding on the chasis is required
B: what's the best way to run the shifter cables

a. yes, using the HCP mount kit, u have to notch the passenger side tranny mount so the cable shifters can operate correctly. no welding is required.
b. run the cables under the car near the exhaust, then cut a hold right under the cup holders and run the inside the car, then cut another hold for the prelude shifter box.

For HASport mounts, you will need to cut off the tranny mount. HASport uses it's own mount to mount the H22 into the engine bay. The reason for cutting off the tranny mount is for best clearance of the shifter/gear selectors on the tranny.

HCP, you will need to trim it. Otherwise, no 5th gear or reverse.

B: what's the best way to run the shifter cables
Best way to run the shifter cables is to dremel out a 2x3 in hole about 2" in front of the cup holders. Best way to align it is to have the cables on the tranny, once the engine is mounted, pull the cable shifters so they aren't hanging/dangling around, and you will be able to align the hole to feed the cables to the shifter assembly.

HTH.

Yup, the mounts with the HCP a/c bracket will work. You might have to do some fabrication on the PS, and using a 97+ prelude PS line. (which you can use from your car)

For aligning the cables, the proper way of doing it is to put in the motor, install the cables, and pull the cables to where they do not wiggle/dangle around to hit the exhaust, and drill the hole where the original mounting goes.

how long did it take you to do your swap? i have done my share of B series swaps in EGs and Tegs, and have pulled the H22 out of my Lude and put it in before, so that work shouldn't be much of a problem, just wondering about time mostly
