Hi-
I have a 2002 ex civic coupe- 5 months old, 8K miles. Someone backed into it 3 weeks ago in a driveway, while the car was parked. Damage included taking off the drivers mirror, dents to driver door, extensive damage to rear lower qtr panel, and rear bumper.

The claim was filed with the guys insurance (metlife) and I have allstate. It went to Honda's bodyshop, (cleveland) a selected shop on the insurance to guarantee for the life of the car the quality and workmanship of the job.

The 1st time the fixed it, the screwed up the horiz. lines on the door and rear qtr, dust in the paint, and bad sanding marks in the paint. (satin silver)

They did it again, because it completely sucked. I went and looked at it today, (done 2nd time) and this time there are 5-6 spots with runs in the paint, the line is still not straight, there is HAIR under the clearcoat, they put a gouge in the bumper, stuck honda emblems on with carpet tape, etc. etc. etc. (~20 things bad)

Take it to a diff. Shop. That is fuxxed
