I used this turbo for less than 800 miles at the most, I purchased it from Arturbo



it's the one on the left, compare that wheels to the 50 trim I have before...
T3 .63AR housing with stage 3 wheel, the compressor housing is a T04E with 60-1 wheels

5bolt or 4bolt(im guessing 4)? i bet its not too good for .45bar, not to efficent there i would guess.

it is a 5 bolts,
