camber kit needed for the eibach pro kit?
Have a camber kit on the front with my sagging Neuspeed sports but am going to be changing those out for an eibach pro kit. Question is, will I still need the camber kit on or can I get rid of it? If it is close I'd rather not have to deal with the kit when trying to get the car aligned.
umm....im not sure if the pro kit or the sportlines is the bigger drop, i have the kit that is the lesser of the two in terms of inches dropped and have 17" wheels with no probem whatsoever caber wise
Nods, the pro kit is only a 1.3" drop where as my Neuspeed setup was a 1.75" drop. Now the hard part is finding the stock parts to put back in, think I have em, but if not, classifieds section here I come.

I have the pro-kit as well. I just took the car in for an alignment and everything was fine. Mechanic said it was not needed(camber-kit)

If i were you I'd just keep it. My bro's car has a pro-kit and without the kit his car had more than the factory spec negative camber. It wasn't insane but it was out of the range. He got a camber kit and got it aligned and its within spec now. No worries of tire wear. I'd just keep the camber kit, there's nothing wrong with having your alignment within spec.

Yes but adding some more negative camber than factory spec will greatly aid the car's handling. If you keep the toe set to EXACT factory specs you won't have any tire wear problems. On my old tires I went 25K miles with -2.3 deg. camber before I replaced them. It's all about the toe setting.
