Default Need help, car stalling when revs drop.

I'm running an Injen short ram intake using the stock hoses. but yesterday i was bored and decided to swap those in lieu of the silicon hoses that came with the intake. i shortened the coolant hose that goes from the TB to the engine, everything looked fine all hoses were connected/nothing pinched or anything

after driving it everything was ok but when i push the clutch in the revs fall all the way and the car stalls. changed everything back to stock and its fine again.
anybody have a clue what i did wrong/where the problem was?

i was thinking vacuum leak too
this is exactly what i did:

on the stock intake we have the breather hose going into the valve cover, and attached to that hose/assemly is the coolant going into the engine, correct?

well i was using that, took off the stock hoses and used one of the existing hoses to for the coolant, replaced the breather hose with silicon hose and that was all.

try resetting the ecu - warm the car up, then shutoff and disconnect the battery for like fifteen minutes, hook up battery, then start it without touching the gas. Let the car idle for like five mins, then shutoff. I had a similar issue, and this seemed to clear it up. I would definately check vacum hoses as well though...

You can also just disconnect the ECU fuse, I find this to be a bit easier.
