what is the difference between a hydraulic transmission...an lsd hydraulic...and a cable actuated?

Hydraulic "transmission"?? I dunno, I think you mean hydraulic-actuated clutch.

LSD = limited-slip differential. Comes in type-R, can be installed in others.

Cable-actuated is the clutch; means its not hydraulic.
