12'MTX8000 sub

i was wondering for those who have this sub...12' MTX8000 ( single voice coil ) how many are you using and what amp/wattage are you using to push it...what are your overall thoughts in this speaker...

a co-installer was running 2 in a ported box i had made for 2 cerwin vega vega 12"s, off of a MTX Thunder 6500D. Sounded good
