Who needs Dyno Tuning at DSR?!?!
I'm goin sometime this week or next week. There's some people who want to meet up there and Tune their cars as well.
Let me know who wants to join the Honda-Tech group. I'm gonna call Lawrence at DSR and ask if he can give us a little discount if a certain amount of Members tune their cars there.

Replied to the post in the teg forum, but I'm in anytime after spring break. I think for actual tuning, it would probably take a while, but if we just got dyno'd for baseline numbers that would be different.
im down. still havent tuned my car after the hondata has been sitting in my garage since last april
I need to get some things straigteded out first though.

Not Baseline runs... i'm talkin about full Dyno TUNING.
If you guys need to wait a bit till you're ready, then I'll just go ahead and get my car tuned before. I wouldn't want to drive around my car with all my parst installed and not tuned.
Anyways, keep this thread alive for future Dyno Tuners.

I would like to be in too...but I prolly won't have my setup done until end of this month...thats being optimistic. PM me if its still going on late march.
hmm i'm getting different feedback on this shop and i'm not sure about going there... one of the negatives i've heard is that they only do WOT tune and not really partial tune? .. anybody experience this shop?
Post a date and a price. Their normal rate for tuning is $180/hour, and I'm not going to pay that.
So I recently traded in my Hondata Stage 2 for the newer Hondata S200, I was lucky enough to have DynoSpot Racing work a deal with me. I had Monday off so I decided to make the drive down to visit the shop about picking up the new Hondata unit and about a possibility of a bolt-in 4 point cromoly rollbar. Since I was there I decided to throw the car on the dyno to see what was going on...
Setup is the same for both runs except the ecu:
Comptech icebox and intake
Mugen headgasket
Hondata intake manifold gasket, street setup
Hondata S200
HyTech header and exhaust, test pipe
toda cam gears +5, +5
Prelude '97+ 290cc/min injectors
Red - stock ecu
Blue - tuned Hondata
As you can guess that I was running quite rich with the stock ecu on the car, lots of black smoke.

My bad folks. I was gone the WHOLE damn day yesterday, installing my parts. It's a looong story. (I will have pictures and the story up on a different thread)
Anyways, I'll try calling Lawrence and ask him... but first, I gotta know how many people are actually going.
I'm planning to go sometime this week or next week.
Post the dates YOU would like to go, and we'll decide on the majority.

yea. I am for sure goin too because I really need tuning.
If you guys are gonna go later than next week, I'll just go by myself and get my car tuned because I don't want to drive around an Untuned NA car...
