Anyone know the difficulty of swapping an automatic h22 in a auto 93 Honda del sol Si? I'm assuming everything would be the same as a 5speed except somethin with the shifter assembly. Are the tranny engine mounts any different from a automatic? Any insight on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

nope wont work...since you cant put a B18 auto into anything but an integra otherwise you would have to c-notch the passenger side subframe...so therefore the H22 auto will definately not work cause its EVEN BIGGER. try converting to a 5-speed if you want the H22. i wanted the same thing in my 96 civic since its an auto and i would rather not do the conversion...but since i cant i am just building the EX sohc vtec thats in it. you'd be amazed what you can put out of their asses now days. anyhow hope that helps you out.
