1992 Civic DX sedan - $1000 CASH, upstate NY
1992 Civic DX sedan
5 speed (shifts good)
156k miles
light green color
cheapo fog lights
tires = good condition
The car is ugly, it needs sanding done and obviously paint. I have all the moldings, mirrors etc. but in some of the pics they were off for body prep. For another $100 I will primer it black so its all one color.
Brown stuff in pictures is tape... clear tail lights are your option if you want em, I have stocks.

Come on, $1000 - you cant beat it! I need it gone to make room for a project - Located in Syracuse, will provide VIN to interested parties
Needs: paint, alignment
Bought a new battery for it, starts up every time without any hesitation at all. Also has new spark plugs and wires in it.

Do you have any interior pics? Would it make the drive down to FL? And does everything work (lights, a/c, wipers, etc)

Id post interior pictures, but as of right now its mostly taken apart because it was to be painted. Well not "mostly" but theres a few pieces here and there that are taken apart. Interior is in good shape minus the carpet, it could probably use a replacement. I havent found any cig. burns in the seats or anything like that. Ill try and get some pictures up before I goto work tonight
Bump, need to clear room from my garage.
Welcomed to make ANY offer on it, but if I get below $1000 you can put the car back together yourself (interior is semi torn apart, moldings, mirrors etc - but I have ALL the screws and parts!)

Needs a battery, other then that I dont see why (it ran before the battery died) Ive got an extra battery but have no idea how good it is, or how long it will last. Other then that it needs an alignment. It still drives, but over 65+ I would definately not feel very safe. I drove it home with 0 brakes (and I mean this literally) and without an alignment, over 300 miles. Ran fine other then a little smoking which I believe to just be crap oil. Seems the previous owner never took great care of it. Great if you want to swap it - or spend $70 on that engine flush service at Midas or most other "chain" repair shops and it should be fine. The smoking only comes under very hard acceleration, motor doesnt leak any oil.

Try driving 300 miles like that on the highway. I will also be including new front/rear pads. The problem was someone did a brake job, didnt even bother to bleed them, or adjust the rears so they came in contact with the drum. Car stops now
