I have a few proportioning valves to get rid of.

4040, good condition $40
4040, peeling paint on bracket $30 SOLD
1998 ITR propo valve $50

Are all the prop valves the same?I heard some have more holes that others.I got a 92 civic cx with GSR rear brakes and yet to have front.

No, they are not all the same. If you decide to change it, you'll want 4040. They look the same as the one you have now, but are different internally. The 4040's I have look like this:
