I don't have any experience with H&R Sport springs, but I had RS*R Down springs on my car... really good ride, but make sure you get some aftermarket shocks along with them.

i have H&R sport with KYB AGX on my 98 GSR and i like the ride. stiff but not uncomfortable stiff. if you plan on autocrossing i would suggest stiffer shocks though. i has felt H&R sport with tokico illumina and liked that ride better

Actually, if you plan on autocrossing, you should get stiffer springs. the KYB's are fine until about 400 lb's of spring rates. The H&R's are a mild 276F and 276R so it's the springs that are too soft, the shocks are perfectly fine for autocrossing.

I just put the rs-r down springs on my friends 99 Teg last weekend and it really tightened up the car, plus it rides very well for being so low. I like the rs-r. Here is a link to them for cheap www.turboimport.com look under the products sections I think they are $109.99 shipped
