Default drivin tips..NEWBIE!

i just got my hatch on road bout 3 days ago.. im new to the stick game. this is my first car. i mean i have like 3 cars b4,but my parents brought em and paid 4 insurance too... im havin prombles in traffic(1-15mph) i hate rush hour... how to keep the car in gear at a stop"SAFELY"

put in the clutch..you have to keep in the clutch constantly..but if you want easier..just let the person get ahead of you a ways..then start off (not too fast of courst). i know how it is man just takes a little practice.

yeah, but u just said that u had trouble in traffic. so i was thinkin that would be good for u 2 ways, practice and u dont have to hold the clutch in. dont ask for ppls advice if ur gonna criticize it. alright????

listen to him. he knows how to drive a stick. its not hard in the least bit. especially a honda. theyre the easiest things in the world to drive. i learned how to drive mine in like half a day. no big deal.

i was 16 when i got my civic i had neve touched a shifter in my life i got in my car and drove off i kille dit like 5 times on the same street but after i go like 5 mins of experience it was cake try not to ride the clutch as much as possible but honda clutches will ast forever (or so i heard) 115000 on ym clutch and its still goin strong.

Go to a Big Empty parking lot and practice. When youre in gear and underway make sure your foot isn't even resting on the clutch pedal.

Youre not that jerk-off that parks in handicap parking spots are you?

LOL, yeah i learned how to drive standard in my aunts 01 honda accord, did really good, but then i didnt drive it for 2 months, and i stalled 3 or 4 times driving
