Default I replaced fuel filter but...

I replaced distributor cap/rotor (not related) and fuel filter but I don't a torque wrench, so I just tighten it as hard as I can (I am only 150lb)

I then start the engine, let it sit until it's warm (until the idle drops) and I checked the fuel line and I don't notice any leak. I drove to the market and back and still don't notice any leak.

Should I be worried that It's too tight or too loose? Also I didn't use all of the washer it came with. The fuel filter came with 2 large and 1 small. I couldn't figure out where the small one go so I didn't install it. Where does it go anyways? It's a honda oem part, by the way.

yeah I didn't use the small washer either. There wasn't one in there in the first place. I think it was for older models.

If it wasn't leaking it should be ok. I noticed that the filter and bolt had markings to help line them up at the right torque so I marked the new filter at the same spot and tightened them until the marks lined up. Actually, I couldn't line up the bottom but it has been ok

older tegs had like a release bolt or something on top of the banjo bolt. Thats what the lil washer is for.

I tightned mine hand tight and then an extra 1/4 turn. They are only supposed to be at like 15-17 lbs.

My 94 has a 10mm service bolt that goes into the middle of the larger banjo bolt. I guess the later ones don't have that?

Previous owner must've done a 98+ conversion on my 94 banjo bolt... I don't have a use for the smaller washer.

Just keep on checking to make sure there are no leaks.
