try GM TOP ENGINE CLEANER
it will loosen up the rings if thats it, but it is smelly and nasty.
and if you dont know how to use it is even worse, but if you have a friend that knows what it is, it may help. it will help loosen up the oil rings and let em do their job again.

any gm dealer. it is tricky to use, we use it on Lexus's that people dont change oil on. what you do is take the vac line off of the f.p. reg. pinch it. get some hose like 2 feet of it, keep the engine running anddraw the fluid in through the hose. let the engine stall, or shut it off. let the stuff sit for a few hours. this will also get the carbon off your intake valves and piston tops. then start it up and hit the highway. you wont have a mosquito problem for a while either. this is not a proven fix but it helps. if it is a valve seal it wont help. if you dont feel like you can do it, i suggest not trying it. but if you do, hope it helps.
