What's wrong wit mah phat fives?
I bought my teg a year ago, and the rims looked fine.
About a month after I bought it, I used Eagle One's Never Dull on my left two rims. (I've only used it one time)
About a month after that, I noticed the rims I had used Never Dull on started to look bad up close. They looked fine from 24+ ft away... but yeah, once you get close to them they look funky. If I wet them, they look fine, but only for a couple of seconds... they start to look bad again once they dry.
Here are pictures of the left rims:
Rear left:

Another picture of the rear left rim:

Front left rim (not as bad, but still not good):

Here's a picture of the front right rim, notice how it actually looks not so bad?

Does anyone know what could have happened to my rims? Or what the official name for the damage is?
I can't directly link the problem to Never Dull, since it was one month after I used it, but it's kind of odd that it only happened to the rims that I did use Never Dull on. I'm kinda scared to try and use Never Dull again.
I might wanna paint them with Duplicolor's Wheel Coat, but I dont' know if they'd be as "shiny" looking.
Here are pictures of the left rims Photoshopped, to give you guys a better idea of what the damage looks like in detail:

Here is a pic of the right (good rim) Photoshopped to compare:

What probably happened was you used Never Dull (a type of polish I assume) and you stripped the clearcoat. Use Never Dull or some type of polish. Then apply clear coat.
Looks like they got stained by the rim cleaner you used... I remember using some rim cleaner for my rims too... it messed up my polished lip... grrr.. but anyways... try goin to a rim place and polish your rims... thats what i did to mine... looks bad *** after that... and stay away from the rim cleaners... a lot of them are not universal cleaners and it'll **** up your rims...

I think Never Dull is a polish, in which case the polish took the clearcoat off, leaving the wheels with no protection from the elements, and so they are starting to get a layer of corrosion on them. They need to either have clearcoat sprayed on again, or a coat of paint.

Never use wheel cleaners. Just wash them with soap and water in the future. To fix your wheel you can use a buffing compound and apply a coat of wax. If you have rims with a clear on them you should wax them often. This will help with the residue from your brake dust and harsh elements.
Strip the clearcoat, give them several stages of wet sanding with levels of different grit...And then polish to a shine.
Too many people are afraid of polished wheels now...Everyone wants gunmetal, flat black, etc. I think I'm going to polish my Buddy Club P1's and start a trend...

The answers are already in the thread.
Use any type of aluminum/metal polish, mother's, meguiar's, etc.. and polish the wheels nice and smooth. They spray on a few coats of clearcoat (can be purchased in a can at your local autoparts store).
