Will this car bolt right up to my gsr

Why is there two 02 sensor holes? Do I need to plug one of them?

It's for OBDII w/ 2 O2 sensors. Just plug the rear one and use the front one.

just find a bolt that will fit the threads.

make sure it's the same length as your stock cat. If not the b-pipe will have to be modified.
