yo, my jimfab traction bars just arrived and do they look great or what. superior quality. but i got a question, the bolts hooking up the jimfabs onto the control arm brackets are loose, is it suppost to be like this? i cant tighten the bolts all the way cause the nut is those one that dont screw all the way thru(has plastic on the end). in addition, how am i spoose to tune my jimfabs, cause when i got it out, my brother was twirling the radius arms and reconfig the stock length. help me out!

 

That nut is a type of lock nut, the plastic on the end is what holds the threads in place. You have to hold the head of the bolt with a wrench and tighten the nut with a socket just like any other, it shouldnt be loose at all. As for the arms, they are supposed to be adjusted after the whole thing has been installed, one side of the arm has left hand thread and the other has right hand thread so when you spin the arm i pushes the two heim joints apart tightening the arm. Its pretty simple.
