Default How i look at Hondas

a honda to me is a car that should be fast, light, and a car that you can beat up and not worry about it. I have an EF thats stock right now but thats not going to stop me from dumping 2k ito an engine. But to put alot of money into bodywork and then go on a road with alot of bumps over here in NJ and NYC and **** up what i just spent my money on, and to constantly worry about it...just isnt worth it to me. My friend has a EG wit rust, dents, but he has an H22 in it.
And then theres my girl who has a 02 Galant that she is leasing and her parents are helping her, she got a scratch in it and is so worried...i can understand this caus its leased but i told her u should just get anEk that runs nice and not give a **** about scratches.
Hondas are used and abused...maybe if i had an RSX id try to keep it in good condition but i wouldnt get it caus i got no money...maybe these are the words of a poor bastard...or maybe this it truly how i feel about hondas. Dont stress.

sorry for the long explanation just something i was thinking about.

Im partially with ya but I wouldn't want rust or any other imperfections in my paint job. I prefer the clean stock look with minor body components (itr lip, cf hood, side skirts, rear bumper lip, maybe side mirrors)

this needs to be moved to the open discussion/debate forum. Interesting thoughts though. The way I see it is there are 2 different kinds of car oweners, Enthusiast who know what they are doing, and ricers/stupid people who make us enthusiast look bad.

definatly.. i like my car to look nice, but i'd rather have a dependable car that i dont have to worry about.. something that i can redline constantly 15 times a day and the engine still goes strong. honda for life
