my friend has one on his b16a ..his car isnt really built he has intake exhaust and an intake cam...he said his car seems slower than with his stock mani on...my question is would he make more power with a stock intake mani then with the jg because his motor isnt really built..i searched a bit but nothing really answered my questions

unecessary modification for such a stock motor. its over equipped. bigger is not always better, as in this case.
i figured he might gain a bit up top but lose a lot of torque and hp down low
b16's should stick with ITR's or SKunk2
anything close to stock. for high boosted applictions is where JG comes into play. do u see how short and large the plenums are.
now your friend will have a reason to biuld up his motor so the manifold isn't to waste..

Even on 1.8-2.0 liter motors with high compression pistons and big cams, the ITR and Skunk2 intake manifolds outperformed the JG unit. As stated previously "bigger is not always better".
This is, of course, on all motor cars. FI is another ball of wax entirely.
