i need a stock exaust system for my 94 coupe, i am local in the new england area, but my parents live down in jersey so i go down there often and will be there next week for spring break. i have gotten pulled over and issued 2 tickets for my exaust in the past 3 weeks, the cops in the town next to me are hicks and they threatened me with more tickets if i dont take it off, i need to sell it but i dont have my stock system anymore, i figured most people on this forum have an aftermarket exhaust system so if someone could help me out i'd really appreciate it. thanks

 

try your local honda junkyards or since your in the east coast try http://www.importautosalvage.com they should have it.

almost any integra or civic exhaust will work with a bit of lengthening or shortening at a mufflr / speed shop, so get whatever is in good shape and cheap as fawk

 

yeah, i was figuring the junkyard would be my best bet but i wanted to see if anyone had an extra one laying around, how much do you think a yard would charge if i took it off myself? or in other words, what should i expect to pay so i dont get ripped off!! also like i said i have a 94 coupe, will all the hangers bolt up on a 96-00 civic exhaust or 94-00 integra? i dont really want to have to go get custom work done, im not looking to spend 100+$ on a rusted stock exhaust you know.

 

whatever u do. paint it black before you put it on. i think it makes it look much better.

i have a skunk2/rs-r catback now, i love this exhast but its cost me 150$ in the past 3 weeks... and now im "on file" ill be getting a ticket for it every week

the key here is location, i dont want to have to pay shipping for this,,, Tom again im sorry if this is too far OT and too much like a classifieds but the more civic owners that see this the better off i am, i am already swimming up river considering im in the northeast, this has to get done SOON. $$$
