Default cleaning injectors

OK, when I swap in my new motor I would prefer to have clean injectors, what options do I have for home cleaning? I don't really want to send them off for blue printing unless I have to.

did u read what he asked..... he wants something simple.... i just gave him a easy straight answer..... we not doing it for proffesional use.. he said unless he has too.... usually injectors just get crap in them.. and these additives will pretty much just let them go away.....

thanxs for the site anyways....

sea foam? that just sounds ignorant.. take your injectors out.. soak them in fuel system cleaner overnight or for a day.. or a year .. or however long makes you smile.. then buy some new o-rings and put them back in.. the end

see, I don't want to run a fuel system cleaner, I am going to have a motor rebuilt, so since I will be taking everything apart anyway I would like to take my injectors out & clean them & possibly verify the spray pattern to make sure that they are functioning at their best. So, in light of that what do ya'll say? Should I just get fuel system cleaner & soak the injectors in that?

Find someone that has an ultrasonic cleaner (like those jewlery cleaners) place some injector cleaner in it and run it for a while. That's what I was thinking of doing...
