Default 94 TEG Wiring Problem

My 94 LS has a wiring problem, any suggestions? When I hit the brake the parking lights come on. When I drive at night the brake lights stay on. I just bought the car used and dont know what the previous owner did to the car. Any help appreciated

Previous owner probably didn't know what he was doing when he messed around splicing wires together in the trunk. (to him, not you)

Theres a chance that he just forced the wrong bulbs into the taillights. Otherwise, you're gonna have fun crawling around back there with a voltmeter. Also check all the grounds back there at the taillights.
