those are cotter pins.. don't know if you use them on the upper control arm.. but I know they are very important for holding the Lower ball joint in place..if you don't have those and the bolt that holds the lower ball joint comes off.. your in a world of **** =P if you are driving
You need to use those cotter pins for the upper ball joint castle nuts. When you take off your stock upper A-arm and replace it with the Skunk2's adjustable unit, you have to remove the castle nut at the top, which means removing the stock cotter pin that is in there. Those cotter pins are very important...they keep that castle nut from backing off and falling off. If you don't have that cotter pin in there, it could be vital to the longevity of your suspension (ie. suspension falling out of that upper a-arm creating a world of headaches).
By the way, nice parts
All though some people on here have had trouble with the Skunk2 camber kit and those allen bolts hitting the strut tower if your car is too low....

THose are the cotter pins for the upper control arm(ie your camber kit). After you put the nut on the to the balljoint on the camber kit, just slide that thru and bend it so it wont come out.
those skunk2 camber arms arent the best. everybody i know including me has ripped the rubber ball joint with those.
oh, and do not over tighten those camber arms either or they will have trouble moving up and down.
